What can I say about this guy as most of you already know that he is one of the best and most popular salsa teachers, promoters and DJs in the whole country! Mauricio inspires us with his charm and enthusiasm! I can't wait and you must not miss this night, especially as the fun continues until 1am!
Friday 15th June SALSA-AMOR EXTRA and Pre-Party for Xsalsa's Vamos Latin Dance Experience 16/6/12 with guest teacher, Angus Peters
Angus was recently voted "Top Regional Salsa Teacher (South West & Wales)" in the 2010 UK Salsa awards.
He started dancing in 1998 because of his love for the music and his passion for Salsa. His professional teaching and DJing career started in 2000 and he is now recognised as one of the UK's finest teachers of the Cross-Body Style of Salsa dancing. Angus is also one of the few teachers in the South West working Internationally - his growing popularity means he is now much in demand as a showcase artist on dance holidays across Europe and America.
He is one of those rare people who combines being a superb dancer with being an excellent teacher and whilst he has an enviable natural dancing ability, he is still able to break down, demonstrate and explain exactly what he is doing, and why.
Do come along and share with us what promises to be a brilliant night! (1am finish too!)
Doors open at 7.30pm every Friday night.
Beginners/Improvers salsa lesson - 7.45 - 8.30pm
Intermediates lesson - 8.45 - 9.30pm
Club Salsa until midnight (1am on Salsa-Amor Extra nights - usually the 1st Friday of each month)
Admission - £6 (Students £5) After 10pm £4 (Students £3)
Everyone is welcome! There is no need to bring a partner or to book. You will find a lively, sociable and non-threatening atmosphere. Wear light clothing and shoes with a smooth, non-gripping sole. Classes are informal and fun! The Salsa Amor team try to bring you some of the best teachers from around the country and abroad.

PARKING UPDATE
For those of you having trouble parking, especially since Fenkle St. Car Park is now closed, why not use Grainger Town Multi-Storey Car Park, Waterloo St, NE1 4DP, which is only a short walk away and FREE from 5pm Friday until 8am on Saturday.
